Pick a length of time within which you will concentrate on nothing but whats happening in the present moment. This is the stick. Next choose the carrot by deciding upon something you’ve always wanted but make excuses about buying or deny yourself it for some strange reason. Keep it in range of your pockets but equally frivolous, something that would be nice to possess and makes you grin when you think of it. Say your challenge is for 8 minutes at the office as you sit at your desk, cremating your potential (aka urning a living). Your aim is to do that with all of your mind for the entire allocation. Each time you veer take the amount you staked, can be a buck, ten or hundred depending on if you’re living average or lavish, and physically place it in your object of containment. This is not failure. Its feedback therefore its best if visual.
You may be at home and decide you wish to drop a quick sixteen as you watch your favorite TV show after another hard day. Once again, time your allocation, place your money jar on the table (that should already be part filled due to previous experience) and keep your wallet full of bills next whilst you accept the challenge. “Ha! This one should be easy” you think as you commence streaming. Variables are the same, each time your mind flits from what is telling lies to your vision you drop your stake in the bank until the clock has ticked.
This is a very powerful but also very simple method of marshaling the unfinite force of your consciousness. Its also essential for anyone who wishes to step onto the Path of Power and Know the Ledge for all the gifts it brings beyond the flesh you’re wearing in this world of illusion. Basically, your will is like a muscle. This is spiritual bodybuilding and once you can bang out the reps you’ll have a whole nother flex and totally different perspect and only then does the Game truly begin.
Due to the way this deal is built its pretty much perpetual motion and constantly improving because either way you win. Its also a visceral proof of what is meant when I said 81% of the planet are Slaves as the intent behind that statement becomes obvious as you’re watching your investment jar fill due to your mind that constantly wanders. You don’t own what you can’t control and if that most intimate and private realm inside your head runs at the beck and call of an unknown influence then it becomes Self evident that you need to check this state of affairs by unleashing the Warrior within. Knowledge is power, my friend, and the Game is all mental with three halves as well. This is how you feelsee what was hidden and the sensations when it clicks will make the best orgasm you ever yelped feel like a mere genital sneeze instead as you’re no longer alienated, a stranger to Self, but are taking active steps to reclaim your Kingdom via the conscious control of your awareness.
As you progress you will invariably bump into a state I call the Witness. This does what it says on the tin as its the part of you that is constant whether waking or sleeping. Knowing this is important for oh so many reasons but lets keep this simple. The Witness is you and yet its also what you’re learning to direct. The point of this exorcise is that it removes the malign influences that prevent your natural resonance that begets the state I call Inner Sense. Remember back when you were a child and scribbling on a page with ink? The effortless yet furious concentration as your tongue peeped out of your lips as you rushed to capture the creative impulses so you could share a masterpiece only you could have created with this realm? Thats your natural state of alignment and, three me, the only thing in life for which its worth striving because the rest is built on an obfuscation, an Adulteration if you will, of this primal state. Not many people know this. You have just rendered explicit one of the worlds greatest open secrets that is used by everyone with something to sell, tell or threaten you into compliance. Can you see why they wanted me dead yet failed in their attempts to bring my life to an end?
Knowing the Ledge (and applying it) places you on a whole nother level compared to the rest. This is the Warrior state, as I call it, that we all were born in before it was beaten, coerced or cajoled out of us by emotionally dead parents in order to make us just like them. “When I have kids I’ll never act like them!” said every junior at some indigence as their folks shattered their dreams back when. And yet, they grow to do exactly the same and don’t think its a problem. The problem with the mind is it takes the shape of whatever its poured in and often people mistake the container for the medium. This exorcise is akin to upping your vibration in the most visceral and practical sense and the dividends are immense because the tip jar soon fills as you constantly become aware of the feedback from the challenge and this, for some at least, creates a sense of exhilaration as they intuit the great things of which they’ll be capable once they master this.
A lot fall at the first fence. And I mean a lot. Loads. 81% of the planet, to be accurate. If I set ten people this challenge 8 would certainly quit. Some last longer than others, a few really see the potential but bleat “The spirit is willing, the flesh is weak” and go back to being Slaves that are constantly hypnotized by their TV. Less than 1 would fall down five, get up six and keep trekking as they grok the significance of this and know its a skill worth mastering and more than 1, on the flip, would know its truth said but hand wave it away with such statements:
“Ah, thats pointless. Who wants to think about nothing? You know how boring that would be? Avast with this parlor trickery!” because they don’t want you building said skill as its lack is the basis of their dominance and thus they see me a threat for kicking practical metaphysics to those who most need it.
I’m pretty sure you can guess the variables, options, potentials and the rest from this imperiment, yes? There is an interesting subset of the 8 that never even attempt it but think about it constantly, often for days on end. No open wallet, no challenge, no jar to throw the notes in, no clock ticking, no focused concentration, no feedback just failure for them as they are so in their heads due to constant overthinking. This type are usually above average intelligence, anxious about something, often suppressed or deflated in some aspect of their existence and thus carry an intense set of feelings they’re petrified of expressing or getting into direct contact with. There are many types of Slaves in this realm. The flavors are pretty much infinite thanks to the different types of Adulterant. Inner Sense is straight up vanilla but oh so dense and luxurious in comparison and its what I feel is the only prize worth winning in this realm because before, after and during all of this, everywhen, the only thing you can possess is the Witness. Why? Because you are it. Once you’ve sat upon that throne again after such a long absence from your Kingdom the rest becomes obvious and thats when the real fun begins.
Take those letters and flip em and you’ll see funeral is hidden. What I’m saying will become obvious at some instance so why not embrace it in this very moment and see what happens when you’re willing to step off the psycho-social treadmill of collective sickness to which you’re well adjusted and stroll upon the Path of Power instead that you create with each step as you get to Know thy Self.
