How to Shine When Its Dark Outside

If one adopts the mindset of “How can I turn this into a win?” and attempts to see the good in a seeming negative I can assure you that you will only ever ascend and not fall into the grip of the beast that holds many Souls who live lives unexamined. Putting this into practice when times are tough is not the easiest thing so I penned some lyrics to help in times of darkness:

The first thing one must comprehend is this entire realm takes place inside your awareness. That means that, in effect, there is no “out there” without an “in here”. Grasping this with the Self evidence of the nose on your dish that takes in the scent of life brings a very different type of perspective and its the solid bedrock upon which the mystic builds his castle of gnosis and, when the time is correct, turns it into a spaceship to ascend from this realm. A very simple and practical way of doing this is attempting an imperiment in which you pick someone with whom you are daily contact and class as an irritant. From now till it shifts you imagine your Self saying nice things about them in your head instead of the usual disparaging comment that notices what you don’t like. Change your focus. Keep on doing this with a religious fervor until it no longer feels like you’re faking it but are sensing a true, deep appreciation of this incarnated aspect of your imagination. I can assure you that their behavior, in turn, shall also shift and this can only bring a grin to ones lips as the feeling of power this begets is like nothing else in this realm. Next we shall take it to another level and start challenging our negative thoughts like we are jousting with an Opponent who is hell bent on making us its Victim. That I’ve detailed in another article as its helpful whether or not you wish to awaken the Warrior within.

Third, to change what controls you pick something else where you relinquish the grip. Meaning, if you’re, say, single and looking for the perfect partner that ticks all the boxes you wish but keep kissing frogs when you’d hoped for a prince then choose different. Someone who swings in from the left field and apply the above process instead of swiping onto the next. Granted, for men, this is quite different as they’re usually quite content with whatever they can get as it beats porn and lubricants but it can be applied to anything. For example, lets say if you game a lot online and lament the lack of real social connection then put the controller down for a second and go and pick something that interests in which women will be present. I would have suggested yoga classes as they are not only often packed with ladies and a great way of easing the most basic layers of tension but it appears the fairer sex is complaining of the lech aspect present that comes to see their shapely rear ends stretch and presented as offerings. Think outside of the box or, better yet, choose something you’ve always wanted to do but never had the courage or talked yourself out of, ad infinitum. This will call upon the application of the second principle mentioned.

Fourth, flip what you eat for at least six strongs. Meaning, if you always consume meat them become a veggie. The mental shifts are immense and folks often comment on how their system inflammation (the cause of many ills) did dim as they expanded their palette with things they had never previously considered. The same can go with a bad habit, like smoking, for example. My personal recommendation here is NAC and to use around five thousand MG, per day, in a split to help totally eradicate the cravings without feeling like they’re doing your head in. This supplement itself is also quite wonderful for those who often report feeling anxious as one Warrior in training reported this side effect which freed him from the vicious cycle of cigarettes that he reached for when stressed so think along these lines and flip the script then use that new avenue of potential for liberation instead of a predictable retread.

Fifth, ask your Self the question:

If I could do anything, anywhen, with money being no object, what would I pick?“. Compare this image to the life you lived and see if you can install some steps to bridge the distance. This may mean looking with a more practical lens or totally reappraising the situation as the first sketch could be jet-skiing in the tropics with a bevy of beauties on deck but you currently cannot swim and reach into your pants pocket to feel nothing but your leg. Here one could hit up the pool and get used to the sensation of water on skin then use this as a foundation for the rest. You could go back to the drawing board again and ponder whats the one difference you could make, now, that would bear the greatest fruit then implement it. For many this is usually some form of exercise or getting back to nature itself. Feet on grass has a hugely grounding effect that is almost totally missing in the modern realm.

Six, bounce up and down for at least nine minutes, constant, with the intent of working up to this times five as detailed in this missive. This exercise, alone, can shatter many aspects of the Pane Body which are responsible for vast amounts of depression and tension (as the two are interlinked) so give it a spin. Note how the voice in your head doth protest at this course of action and how something so simple is actually deeply complex. You may notice interesting side effects like intense dream sequence visions which are laden with symbols and messages from what was previously unconscious so ensure you sleep with pad and pen which leads us nicely into the next bit:

Start sleeping better. If this means you need to start turning off the TV set at around six instead of binge watching in order to signal to your dome that its time to chill then so be it. Magnesium Bisglycinate is very effective when it comes to regulation of the nervous system and throw some Zinc Picolate and Vitamin BSix into the mix to turn the aforementioned dreams up to thirteen with their vividness. A red light bulb in the bedroom can also work wonders as can a way of air purification and no electronics present as that subtle EM buzz is no beuno for your CNS. Eight is great:

Spark up random conversations with an opening that interests as a question. Everyone likes talking about themselves and the aim is to be spontaneous (in which the previous steps will assist) but your starter for ten can be:

“Have you ever noticed how people have way more these days but no one seems to spot they’re drowning in excess as they’re too busy begging for validation?”.

If that seems a bit esoteric for your retinue then you could start simple instead with:

“If your entire closet was here in front of you what color would you say is repped the most and which do you feel the best wearing?“. Matter of fact, you should try that your Self and see what kicks if you were a different segment of the spectrum as these vibrations do matter. Take that as a bonus tip as we stroll to the ninth aspect which says:

Consider the extreme dopamine detox protocol I previously mentioned. In a nutshell you will, for three days, not utter a thing, have no social connection, stay away from all forms of tech and, whilst in complete isolation, simply observe what does the observing inside your head whilst keep food at the basics. By now you should have amassed a huge amount of mental strength from the previous aspects and this imperiment can be immensely rewarding as you’ll suddenly find your Self craving the bounce, taking time out to stretch, reading a book if you wish or conversing with the child within. To wrap up this session at ten I would leave this one to your imagination as it should be out of hibernation now and quite capable of unfolding its wings to help you ascend.

This is how to shine when its dark outside as your inner illumination knows no bounds beyond the ones you accepted, back when, in ignorance of your true potential and these thoughts you Thunk were handed to you by a System, unfeeling, that is designed to make you run the treadmill as you Work, Buy, Consume, Die then come right back again after a swift mindwipe and reskin. So, in a nutshell you will be comprehending the primacy of awareness via an imperiment that leaves no doubt this world dwells in your head. Next you declare war on the (false) self that was previously at the helm and may have led you toward the dark maze of depression or constant criticism and such things. Third you will be flipping the script and this alone can often generate results that are wonderfully unpredictable that hit like a straight line in Tetris as old blocks melt. Step into the space of potential and sprinkle the seeds to resurrect your nascent potential, my friend. Fourth, you are what you eat so lets see what kicks when what goes in your mouth does shift as you note your observations. By the way, its critical to journal through all of this because, much like water and vase, your mind will take the shape of whatever its poured in and often can’t imagine being any different to previous. Next we challenge the old limits we accepted in ignorance by thinking different then applying it to see what happens. The bouncing brings the psychospiritual equivalent of TNT to the Cave of ignorance you previously dwelled in and this, by its very nature, means your glial cells need more sleep to process what you’ve been doing as you rewrite the internal OS that was previously running things. This, usually, generates a huge overspill of energetics which people, numb within, find very endearing ergo conversations flow as smooth as silk and this can bring in some unusual connections you never previously expected and serve as icing on an already delicious cake of actualized potential you’ve been busy cheffing. By now you are ready to turn this excess within as you flip from one polarity to the next and, in the process, discover a state I called Centered in Self which brings an immense acceleration in lifes finer things like unshakeable confidence, a definite feeling of ascent and the glimmers of gnosis being resurrected within.

The last one is the crowning moment of the challenge and it shall spring from the depths of the consciousness you’ve been plumbing in the previous steps so the gift is a mystery that you will present to your Self, unwrap and cherish. Whatever you do I’d be interested in hearing as I’m quite certain that the you who stares back, reflected, after this trek will be very different to the one who started.

Congratulations, my friend, you have just awakened the Warrior within and I assure you that nothing will ever be the same again as its like popping a set of They Live specs on your head as you start to decode the Matrix as opposed to being encoded by it and then one starts asking the big questions like who keeps sending the prophets that they kill, stone dead as well as pondering the true nature of AI and the implications of why plastic surgeons tills are ringing as the whole planet wants to be anyone but themselves as you start to notice the tells that this may actually be this dimensions floating insane asylum that the inmates took over, long ago, and normalized their own particular brand of madness. Or not. You don’t have to take it this far. After all, its your Journey and thus you create the Path by walking.
