“So thats why people can’t verbalize why childhood felt so intense and different cos the pieces are still there but an essential dimension has been ripped from the frame of reference and they’re so sprung on whats left that… Oh”.
A mixture of grimace with grin spread across his countenance as the straight piece in Tetris hit.
“Thats really, really slick” he said, quietly. “So its like a dumbing down process we accept as progress when, in reality, its a regression hence “Humanity has lost the art of thinking”. Wow. You took it to the depths of the ocean on that one”.
I gently reminded him that I had done no such thing and where he went was on him. I am merely the catalyst. A catalyst that he, himself, had programmed in to speak what I said at just that moment to facilitate the trek to the shadows depth. Note, I’m not religious but I can hear the encoded Gnosis of symbols on FM hence why I push the pen like this to trigger an awakening of the Warrior within thine Self.
There is an immense difference between an internally generated Knowing and what it brings versus a “close enough” mindset lift based on what another said because you feel it comes close enough to stating what you wish you’d said.
Imperience is the former, as stated. Experience is, on the flip, mainly a performative event designed to sell an image to others in the hope you get the same state within.
Learning to discern the difference is absolutely essential if you truly want enlightenment. I mean, thats why you’re here, isn’t it? I know lots of you state you’ve already made it and know the sketch etc etc and thats perfectly cool, truly happy for you. This is for the ones that may still have a nagging doubt that their glimpse wasn’t truly a shift and the pleasure trip wasn’t a full relocation to live in that state of bliss with no extra strings.
When you can spot the imperience to experience shift, on the reg, you’ll start making true progress because there is a huge difference between a dude waxing lyrical on how Ferris Bueller encodes a cryptic hint about the grift of reincarnation because his inner realms spotted some links and he’s curious to see if you feelsee the same versus another who states something nearly identical but, crucially, it isn’t his origin nor did he add anything fresh but wants to make it seem like he’s beyond the ken of the rest aka selling an image. In terms of enlightenment you get the same old tropes and fake bliss as that is what people expect but, in the end, you get one of two things:
You are either totally reinvented as you rip out the foundation of your old (false) self and become something fresh as you alienate friends and fam in the process who think you’ve flipped your lid or:
You remain absolutely identical but expressed in a much higher octave. In which case your friends and fam also drift as they mutter “You’ve changed, you ain’t the same these days“.
Bob Ross is a dope example of the former and Mike Tysons evolution reps the latter.
To make this practical, start noting the origin point and calibration of your internal OS, here and then. Ask “Is this from imperience or aimed at generating an experience?”. Its a great way to catch yourself being performative and this can be further excavated to “When did I first feel like this? When just being real and direct without ulterior intent wasn’t cool and perfect?” as that process, followed to its origin, will either give you a breakdown or breakthrough.
Maybe both are the same thing and the only difference is experience or imperience… One happens then needs integration. The other is assimilated:

I never realized the truth of this in me and when I did I exorcised said demon from the depths and realized it was a convoluted coping mech and became quite Self accepting and much happier in the process.
Then saddened.
Why?

Its like being the dude that left Platos Cave then stepped in with a suntan to tell the rest only to hear them yell:
“Get out of the way, idiot! The shadowplay is about to kick and you know I can’t wait to tune in to my regularly scheduled programming“.
We should all strive to be a bit more like Bob Ross. He knew the sketch and thus moved correct… What do you think, my friend?
