Obviously they don’t like this being said because the voice in their head takes offense as they issue a cheery “Death to the infidel!” but the thing about the truth is it gives not an F about your feelings hence ineffable describes it best. So, what kills the (false) self, dead? Humiliation and money loss as those are its two dreads for the former destroys the image it sells whilst the latter is what it uses to buy in to the illusion hence why you hear scripts like Buddha walking away from a kingdom to sit still and think about absolutely nothing but, get this, his adherents deified him, directly against his wishes! The Opponent needs you to place your divinity (and thus salvation) outside of Self whereas the Warrior comprehends that, without them, nothing exists. That is the ultimate trick and hence why the hidden hand leaves no fingerprints as it shoots a pistol from your grip by pimping your free will thanks to its commandments. Create the space, hear the Psylense and make better choices instead.
People think that enlightenment brings a fundamental personality shift as you become one with everything but that is totally incorrect hence those fools selling views and platitudes on the net are all pump faking to bring home the bacon with their sixty second fix and spiritual masturbation they do grift. The wisest and in tune I’ve ever met could seem abrasive as hell as they had no time for the mess and was best expressed by the meta of being dressed in white linens and the rest are on return from coal mining in the depths of ignorance:
“If I embrace them, as is, what happens to my practice? No, that is why I choose distance instead”.
He also told me my intent to help the rest was a fools errand and how I should leave them to it because its a multi-lifetime thing and not a switch that can be flicked, no matter how much you may wish it. He may have a point as he raised a view which said:

Thats why I’ve said you are another me, together we, but also how spiritual development is a solo thing as there is only an I in the team of higher and lower Self that one must learn to thread back into the resonance of Inner Sense by ejected the Adulterant.
Thats an everyday look at god and the Devil. Essentially we are all our own worst enemy but the Warrior clicks this is a a teacher instead and learns which leads to emancipation via undoing the (false) self. Ah, its beautiful! But, in the end, its simply one stage in a Game of many.
